During our summer months, we have $5 yoga at the beach Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1030 am. These outdoor classes are near the pavilion under beautiful giant willow trees. Teachers teach a variety of movement during their differing classes targeted toward beginner/intermediate students.
Market Yoga Saturdays 11AM

Awaken the body, mind, and breath, as we start our weekend! The practice will include a focus on the breath (pranayama), fun and invigorating postures (asana), and a well-deserved rest (savasana) at the end of the practice to allow everything to soak into your bones and melt into your muscles. The weekends are for play, so stop by before or after you explore the Farmers' Market, and find a little light in your step.
Feel Good Flow April 26 5 weeks- New session starting May 31- June 28
Feel Good Flow is a class for ages 9-13 that focuses on celebrating the uniqueness of each of our bodies and feeling good in our skin! Through yoga movement, story sharing and good old fashioned fun, young people are invited to celebrate the start of the weekend and learn some ways to love the skin your in.

Gentle Beginner Yoga -Monday's 4:30pm Spring 2019
Gentle and Restorative Yoga offers a gentle portion with a slower pace and postures that allow all participants to stretch and recognize what their body needs. The Restorative Portion uses postures that provide comfort and support to allow for a passive release of muscles.
More Core Yoga -Coming this Summer
Challenging and fun blend of core training and yoga sequenced into a strong, energetic flow. This athletic flow focuses on building the core strength you need to support you in more advanced postures.
Friday flow yoga- Friday's 7:30pm Spring 2019
Perfect end to the work week. A fun and challenging flow class set to an awesome playlist sure to bring a smile to your face and keep you moving.
Tight Guy Yoga - Starting March 25 8:00pm, 6 weeks- Restorative Tight guys yoga is for everyone but especially those who are new to yoga and consider themselves not "very flexible ". Work on flexibility and recovery with a 6 week series that will focus on different areas of the body each class. Using pillows and props, the body can relax at a deeper level. These classes will target the deeper muscles and fascia. Less recovery time after races and big workouts, learn coping mechanisms dealing with stress, and so much more !
Prenatal Yoga -Spring 2019
8 week Prenatal Yoga session. $100. During this 8 week session you will be given tools to prepare your body for delivering baby. All trimesters are welcome. We will work on building strength, stamina, balance and focus. All tools you need to birth baby, and beyond! This is a safe space to share your joys and struggles, fears and questions. We will build a birthing plan, and invite birthing support partners to join us the final week to give them tools to guide us through delivery. This prenatal series will be taught by Melissa McGoldrick, RYT, RPYT.
Mom and Baby Yoga-Spring 2019
A great way to not only connect with your baby, but with other mom`s who are finding their way through motherhood. You’ll spend time moving on your own, and incorporating baby into poses. Work through a series of strengthening movements for rebuilding your yoga practice or starting a new one! If baby cries we have all you need to get cozy with baby and cuddle. Bond with your baby and experience all the mind and body benefits of yoga. There's nothing like motherhood, so come out and meet other mom and babes, this class supports you.
Pilates- Pilates with Maria is a low impact class that is great for strengthening and toning with a focus on core and increasing flexibility. Pilates is all about alignment and symmetry of the body. By focusing on equalizing the sides of the body and balancing motion and strength, you will notice an ease of movement than you may not have experienced before.
Any level of fitness is welcome to this class. Please give yourself a few minutes before your first time to class to inform the instructor of any concerns or questions!
