Melissa Mcgoldrick
Melissa is a RYT (registered yoga teacher) and RPYT(registered prenatal yoga teacher) who resides in Egmondville, ON. She and her husband are raising a 6 year old sassy little man.
Melissa has always known she wanted to teach. A natural leader since she could speak, Melissa was always choreographing her cousins, friends and sister in dances on the front porch of her parents' house. When she discovered yoga, she felt a connection she never experienced before. Some may say, she found her calling.
After becoming a mother, she knew she wanted to use yoga as a tool to heal her body after pregnancy. She also knew if she needed this tool, other Momma's would too.
It is her hope that she can help women who urn to be Moms, are about to be Moms and of course are Moms find a safe place in her classes, to be themselves and connect to others just like them.
Melissa invites mothers to come to class to breathe, move or even sleep if needed. Melissa is teaching Prenatal yoga Mondays 630pm, mom and baby yoga Wednesdays 10am and kundalini yoga Wednesdays 7pm
Rachel Feddes
Rachel came to yoga in 1999. After spending extensive time in the East she committed to studying Yoga and completed Yoga teacher trainings both in Canada and India. In 2003 she met a ViniYoga teacher and was introduced to this classical and rich tradition represented through Krishnamacharya Healing & Yoga Foundation (KHYF).
Over the span of more than a decade, while raising a family and helping manage a farm, she has significantly benefited from this ancient system of Yoga. It was here in the busyness of her life that she began to experience the therapeutic and healing potential of Yoga. Currently she is part of the KHYF's 3 year (1000hour) Yoga Therapy Training.
Her focus when teaching group classes is to explore and create a positive relationship with body/breath/mind and emotions.
Rachel teaches Yoga for Rejuvenation Saturdays at 10 am
