11/11/2020 1 Comment The changeMost of you know , we had to close in March 2020 due to Covid. We weren't sure what to do, so we waited a couple weeks and took our studio online to Zoom. We had positive feedback and were excited to continue with online classes. We started teaching outdoors in June until October with amazing weather and then were unsure what tp expect with Covid.
As a small business, it's been so hard to predict anything. If you know me (Clare) I am also a nurse at Clinton Hospital. I have felt a roller coaster of emotions since the summer. Trusting that the Yoga Den would find it's way, the universe spoke when Tova Hasiwar from Tovally Vintage discussed possibly sharing our space since yoga indoors was looking like a bleak option. In the same week, Goderich Martial Arts reached out hoping to share space with us at their NEW building. It felt like the stars aligned and Yoga Den would continue to have classes!

To be honest it’s been a roller coaster and since March 2020 I’ve been just along for the ride. Trying to stay positive has proven to be challenging at times but with some strong support from family and friends and some boxed wine we have made it 6 months in to this crazy pandemic. This is our story of the stupid pandemic that we will be piecing together the next few. 4/8/2019 2 Comments Dude where’s my car?what an awesome weekend !
Starting it off right with a restorative yoga class for a group on a rainy morning with the birds tweeting outside 🐣 Makes me think of all the fun things to come the next few weeks! Our clothing swap this coming weekend and Easter weekend cuteness with Giddy up n Go Ponies 💖 Our downtown studio is available for renting and for private group classes. We have all the things you need to chill and relax for an hour or for a whole weekend workshop |
